The video looks like it's hard enough. When I'm actually doing it, I seriously think that I'm not really made for sports. Good thing that I've found a coach that would guide me in following this instructions. I don't know why I want to do sports in spite of my body built. What I do know is that I'm happy every time I train and I gain a lot of friends because of this. There's no time for taking self pity so I'm going to go ahead and do the best I can.
