Stability & Strength
This is a beginning to intermediate level fitness class that incorporates mobility, stability, and strength exercises. Utilizing a combination of NASM's (National Academy of Sports Medicine) O.P.T. (Optimal Performance Training) model and Horizon's Primal Exercise Progression, this one of a kind program will help you develop functional strength in a safe and scientifically based process. Training programs will rotate monthly providing trainees repetition to gain strength and stability yet enough variety to prevent boredom and move through various phases of training.
Power & Speed
This class is an extension of 200 but includes a BASE and MAXIMAL POWER phase in addition to plyometric exercises. This class is for those who have recently progressed through an appropriate mobility, stability, and strength program. It is not for beginners.
