Strength & Exercise
In order to add strength to any movement, you must first ensure that you are able to perform the movement correctly. Adding strength and power to dysfunction is high risk and direct path to future pain or injury. Our program includes daily mobility exercises you can do easily in the morning, evening, or before you workouts.
Think of POWER and SPEED like water in a cup. In order to hold more water, you need a larger cup. STRENGTH is the cup! Not all strength is equal either. How you develop strength will determine your ability to utilize it in a real life or game situation. We develop functional strength in primal movement patterns that creates a well rounded, dynamic athlete with a lower risk for training induced injuries.

Without a stable support, your ability to utilize strength and power is considerably diminished. Stability exercises should be the foundation for any sensible program. Unfortunately, most other programs either don't include them or they are not designed in the proper order with the correct variables. Our stability workouts will strengthen you core, prevent injuries, provide support for your strength workout, and alleviate common issue associated with a weak or dysfunctional core.
Power is a by-product of doing everything else correctly in addition to performing "power type" exercises with strict adherence to training guidelines. Improper training can actually diminish your ability to become more explosive. Our program integrates power training at the right time, with the right variables, and with adequate recovery intervals to optimize results.
Nutrition & Lifestyle
Tools and guidance to help you "rev" up your metabolism, lose weight, and eliminate chronic conditions caused by the foods you're eating. Use our PRO-METABOLIC food list to determine what to eat. Learn what macro-nutrient combinations work for you to determine how to eat. And, learn how to assess your metabolism to determine when to eat. Counting calories is an outdated and ineffective approach to long term health and weight management. It is very effective in the short term but causes long term damage which takes time and persistence to remedy. We focus on reviving your metabolism so you are burning rather than storing the calories you consume. Proper nutrition combined with a sensible fitness program has no option but to create a fit and healthy individual. Our program challenges you to take little steps to gradually change your old habits and thoughts about nutrition. And, like any other aspect of our program, you can always contact our coaches to guide you and keep you on the right path.

An often overlooked ingredient in many health, fitness, and weight-loss programs is the effects of stress and the beliefs or thoughts behind the feelings that may be sabotaging your goals. You simply cannot overcome the effects of stress with better nutrition or more fitness training. In fact, you may just push yourself over the cliff by adding more stress and set back your progress. Our program includes tools, systems, and ideas to help you identify and change destructive thoughts and habits in order to maximize the benefits of your fitness and nutrition programs.
Is this a "one size fits all" program?
Yes and No. Our program is divided into 3 tiers with 3 levels each...a total of 9 LEVELS. We recommend most people start at level 1 regardless of their current condition or ability to ensure proper development for each phase of every movement pattern. A new program is provided weekly which incorporates progressions through the 9 levels. You can go as slow or as fast as you feel you are ready and you can always contact us to discuss your progress. If you are an experienced "athlete" and wish to start at a higher level, let us know and we can unlock those workouts for you.
What if I am injured or currently experiencing pain? Can I continue to work out using this program?
Not yet! Any pain should be evaluated by a physician to determine cause and rule out any condition that could be worsened by a strength and conditioning program. Once you have that information, contact us so we can provide an alternate workout designed to address the condition or assist with the rehabilitation process.
Can this program be used to supplement my current sport specific training program?
Absolutely! In fact, this program was initially designed to do just that. Many elite level athletes become out of balance and prone to injury over time due to the adaptive shortening and lengthening caused by the overuse of certain muscle complexes specific to their sport. Non-athletes become prone to injury and experience pain due to the adaptive shortening and lengthening caused by atrophy or repetitive movement associated with their jobs. What's the difference between your program and any other online or personal training program?
Most trainers are still stuck in the bodybuilding paradigm. They train individual muscles using methods that will build muscle but neglect the stability training required to access the strength and utilize it in a functional movement pattern. Cosmetic results can be realized quickly however the trade off is in the creation of dysfunctional movement leading to chronic painful conditions or injury. We build a solid foundation by developing adequate mobility within a movement pattern before adding high resistance. Then we increase stability and base strength before adding dynamic strength and power. We provide a functional design and structure with the flexibility to modify for individual needs.
What is the cost?
Our "BASIC" subscription in only $49.95 per month. That will give you all the tools, information, and guidance you will need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Basic subscriptions have access to our Horizon HUB which guides you through a nutrition and mental management processes that are not found in other programs. Plus... you will receive ongoing support and interaction when needed from our professional health and fitness coaches and trainers. We have high level athletes that utilize this simple yet effective process to help them prepare for their sports.
Is there a long term commitment?
There is no long term financial commitment to this program. Once you sign up for your FREE TRIAL, you will have access to the Horizon HUB and your workout routines will be unlocked every week. Within minutes you can begin your first training, access our food list, and begin analyzing your goals and obstacles. We do ask for your credit card information when you register so your subscription can continue without a lapse once the 7-day trial period is over. However, you can access your account when you log in to the HUB and easily cancel your subscription at any time. The only long term commitment is that which you make to yourself. This is not an overnight process! Don't buy the hype seen on TV shows or commercials. It doesn't have to be hard but it will take consistent effort and adherence to the systems we will help you develop over time.
