SPORT & FITNESS DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM
This program is for athletes and "non-athletes" alike. Designed to develop STABILITY, STRENGTH and POWER in natural movement patterns, this unique program will guide you on a weekly basis through a system of exercises that will create both balance and fitness. Each week on your member only website you will receive a 2 and 3 day per week strength program as well as a cardio conditioning routine. You will start with building your foundation in week one and over time advance to routines that will challenge event he most fit athletes. Additional information and guidance is provided using our HORIZON HUB website featuring a "virtual training notebook."
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN
Your movement screened will be reviewed and scored by a certified FMS coach and a personalized exercise program will be designed to address any mobility, stability or strength issues identified by the screen. Your program will be made available online complete with screen results, explanations, and videos for each exercise prescribed. Your screen may be self video-taped or you can schedule an taping with a qualified Horizon affiliate in your area.
